My favorite aspect of being a team member at IPI is that I work with kind and supportive people. We challenge each other to do our best and share ideas to ensure continuous improvement. It has been exciting to watch our organization grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Nicole is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies. She manages the bid process and creates proposals, oversees the website and social media, composes newsletters and e-blast communications, plans special events, designs promotional marketing material to support business development, and facilitates community outreach while building and maintaining the IPI brand.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Nicole has over 10 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries from pre-construction to marketing and sales. She started her career in the estimating department at a large Construction Management firm in Boston, Massachusetts. She then went on to work in administrative roles at residential construction companies in both the private and public sectors. After she completed her graduate studies, she accepted a position as a Marketing Director across three entities including a General Contractor, Design-Build firm, and Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Developer. In 2019, Nicole relocated from Massachusetts to South Carolina and joined the IPI team.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:

I like to adventure to places I have not been with my husband, daughter, and dogs. I like to hike and search for waterfalls. I relish in other outdoor activities such as fishing, snorkeling, boating, and golf. I enjoy live music and local craft beer. I am also an avid New England Patriots fan (even without Tom Brady).
