Every October, IPI brings its entire team together for IPIFest, an annual company-wide event that is equal parts celebration, connection, and family experience.
For many IPI teammates, IPIFest is the highlight of the year. It brings together people from across the company who may not otherwise have the opportunity to connect in person, and it makes visible something that is easy to say but harder to prove: that IPI genuinely values the people who do the work.

IPI University is IPI's company-funded education and professional development program. Teammates can apply for support covering continuing education, industry certifications, and specialized training opportunities. The investment is real, and the access is broad because IPI believes that a more capable team produces better outcomes for everyone, teammates and clients alike.
Each year, selected teammates participate in IPI's Leadership Training and Development Program, a focused investment in the next generation of project and organizational leaders inside the company. The program is designed to build the skills, perspective, and confidence that move people from strong individual contributors to leaders others want to follow.
IPInsteins is IPI's Young Professionals group, designed for emerging leaders who are early in their careers and ready to grow faster. Through mentorship, development tools, and annual offsite experiences, IPInsteins creates a peer community where growth is supported, not accidental.
IPI teammates do not just participate in company culture. They shape it. Employee-led committees, including the Mentorship Committee, Health and Wellness Committee, DE&I Committee, and Cross Company Communication Committee, give teammates a direct voice in how IPI operates and grows.
