RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Director of IPI, Russ provides strategic leadership focused on the company’s long-term growth, operational performance, and overall organizational success. He works closely with leadership teams across all business units to support project execution, client relationships, and business development initiatives while helping drive operational alignment across the organization. Russ is committed to fostering IPI’s people-first culture and continues to emphasize teammate development, leadership growth, mentorship, and organizational consistency as key components of the company’s success. Drawing from his previous leadership of People and Culture initiatives, he remains focused on strengthening the overall teammate experience while upholding IPI’s core values of Performance, Integrity, and Family & Community.
Russ brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries, specializing in large-scale industrial projects as well as real estate investment and development. He founded Braasch Building Group and previously served in a variety of construction management and project management roles with Global Performance prior to the formation of Industrial Project Innovation. Russ earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
