Industrial Project Innovation

Dennis Braasch

Owner, Advisory Board – Chairman

My favorite aspects of IPI are working collaboratively with a great team to help clients plan and deliver their projects successfully, building and enjoying relationships with clients and team members that last decades, and providing opportunities for growth to our team members while giving back to the communities we work in.

As one of IPI’s Owners, Dennis provides leadership and operational experience that strengthens the services IPI delivers. Drawing on more than four decades of project experience across numerous industries and countries, he brings extensive credibility and insight to the organization. Dennis’ global perspective and industry knowledge support IPI’s continued growth and commitment to delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Dennis has more than 40 years of experience in the global engineering and construction industry, working on a wide range of domestic and international projects in both the private and public sectors. During his career at Fluor, he held numerous executive leadership roles including President of the Heavy Industrial Group, Vice President/General Manager of the Fluor Greenville office, Vice President of Global Construction, Vice President of Global Project Controls, and Automotive Division Manager. After leaving Fluor in 1999, Dennis continued his career as President of Global Performance (later acquired by WOOD) and as Owner/Director of Industrial Project Innovation (IPI). He completed the International Executive MBA Program at Thunderbird International School of Global Management, the Executive Construction Management Program at Texas A&M, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
