Troy is the Business Unit Director for Energy Solutions and Mission Critical at IPI, bringing over 25 years of experience in project and construction management, facility operations, and safety across complex, large-scale initiatives—including leading Panasonic’s $5 billion EV battery manufacturing facility in DeSoto, Kansas. He provides strategic leadership across client engagements, driving operational excellence, contract execution, and financial and staffing management, while championing customer collaboration, business development, and relationship management to ensure IPI delivers maximum value and innovation in the energy solutions landscape.
