James is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive procurement plans and strategies for all business operations and projects. His responsibilities include source selection, pre-bid meetings, bid cycles, contract negotiations, contract awards, and executive reporting. In addition to overseeing business operations and procurement management, James is committed to building and maintaining strong industry relationships that support positive and productive partnerships within IPI's target markets.
With more than 16 years of experience in the EPC industry, James has developed expertise in construction, expediting, and procurement management across a wide range of large-scale projects. His experience includes work on aluminum mills, data centers, government and private utility power projects, as well as electric vehicle and battery manufacturing facilities. Throughout his career, he has supported projects ranging in value from $500 million to more than $10 billion.
