As Vice President of People and Culture, Joye works closely with executive leadership to support IPI's long-term mission through strategic talent management and initiatives focused on employee engagement, professional development, mentorship, leadership development, and teammate recognition. She is committed to ensuring the IPI teammate experience remains consistent across the organization while fostering a people-first culture rooted in the company's core values of Performance, Integrity, and Family & Community. Joye also oversees HR policies, compliance, compensation, and benefits programs to support both organizational growth and teammate success.
Joye brings 30 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries. Prior to joining IPI, she held human resources leadership roles with BE&K Building Group, Global Performance, Mustang Engineering, and Wood Group, serving in positions including Business Partner and Senior Advisor. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
