Kurt provides assistance to IPI's owners and managers in developing strategic direction and enhancing business performance. Drawing on his international business experience and extensive network within the manufacturing industry, he helps identify and create new business opportunities while offering an outside perspective on organizational growth. Kurt also supports the understanding of emerging industry trends and encourages the implementation of forward-thinking strategies and solutions.
With more than 43 years of experience in the manufacturing, engineering, and construction industries, Kurt spent 35 years with the BMW Group, where he served as a senior executive prior to his retirement. During his tenure, he led the Architecture, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments for both national and international projects, overseeing all phases from site selection through project implementation.
