Mark develops long-term standards for cost, scheduling, and estimating activities across IPI projects. He researches and implements software solutions that enhance reporting visibility and streamline project workflows related to project controls functions. Mark also supports the development of visual project controls programs and contributes to proposal efforts through organizational planning and pricing model development.
With 25 years of experience in cost, scheduling, and estimating functions, Mark has primarily supported large-scale industrial projects throughout his career. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
