Industrial Project Innovation

Tom Gregg

Vice President of EH&S

I’m fortunate to work with a supremely talented group of individuals who love what they do and support one another. Their passion for, and commitment to the safety of the men and women on our projects is admirable and makes my job that much more rewarding.

Tom establishes enterprise safety strategies that support continuous improvement and promote an incident-free environment across IPI projects. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of safety and environmental policies and procedures, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring the integration of safety into project planning, logistics, execution, commissioning, communications, and audits. Tom also leads the Executive Safety Steering Team in analyzing KPIs, developing strategic initiatives, and deploying innovative approaches to safety management.

Tom began his safety career in 1993 performing environmental and industrial hygiene work within the remediation and construction industries for companies including ENSR Remediation and WATEC. In 2000, he joined Turner Construction Company, where he spent the next twenty years advancing through roles including Project Safety Manager, Business Unit EH&S Director, National EH&S Coordinator, and Senior EH&S Director. He earned a Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University.
