The promotions reflect IPI’s continued investment in innovation, safety, financial stewardship, and project delivery.

Doug Bartow Promoted to VP of Innovation

Doug Bartow has been promoted to Vice President of Innovation, having previously served as Director of Innovation. While Doug oversees the new Technology Department, his role as VP of Innovation centers on developing new ideas and processes that better serve IPI’s clients. Doug holds numerous patents in his own name and continues to develop innovations with IPI, helping the company find new ways to deliver value to the clients it serves.

Chris Colvis Promoted to Director of Technology

Chris Colvis has been promoted to Director of Technology. Chris previously supported an aerospace client and now leads the new Technology Department with Doug Bartow, focused on finding and building the systems and software that keep IPI’s teams equipped with the best tools available, and positioning the company at the forefront of AI in the industry.

Tom Gregg Promoted to VP of EH&S

Tom Gregg has been promoted to Vice President of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), previously serving as Director of Safety. Safety has always been central to how IPI operates, and since joining the company, Tom has been instrumental in truly developing IPI’s safety culture, going above and beyond to support projects and teams across the organization.

Robin Kerr Promoted to VP of Finance

Robin Kerr has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. Robin began her career at IPI in the Project Controls department, where she served as Director of Project Cost Control, before moving into Finance and Accounting as Director of Finance. In that role, she streamlined and organized IPI’s finance and accounting department, setting the organization up for continued success.
