Munich is selected as IPI International headquarters due to the strong network of established partners in the region, creating a launchpad for scalable growth across Europe. IPI International marks a new chapter in the company’s vision, expanding its construction and project management capabilities to meet the evolving needs of global industrial clients.
This new international expansion is spearheaded by Kevin Ball, Owner and New Market Operations Manager at IPI, who is leading the initiative with a focus on structured growth, cross-border collaboration and delivering IPI’s best practices internationally. Under Kevin’s leadership, IPI lays the groundwork for a seamless international launch – translating its core values, culture, tools, and delivery model to meet the demands of the European market.

IPI International is led by Managing Director, Marco Ferraro. With more than 16 years of industry experience and over $1.2 billion USD in successful project delivery, Marco brings deep expertise in industrial markets including automotive, electric vehicle, and advanced manufacturing. His background in European site selection, procurement strategy, and regulatory coordination makes him ideally suited to lead IPI’s international presence. IPI Advisory Board Member Kurt Sposta will also contribute his vast international network and deep global work experience, supporting the successful start-up and growth of IPI International.
Marco’s fluency in multiple languages, including English, German, Italian, and Spanish, enables him to bridge cultural and communication gaps, strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across borders.
