Industrial Project Innovation’s IPIsteins met in the Greenville home office last week for their bi-annual meeting. The IPInsteins are comprised of motivated and talented individuals within the firm ages 35 and under. There are 22 active members. The group’s main objectives are to facilitate camaraderie, develop new hires, serve communities, collect feedback and collaborate with the IPI Leadership Committee. The members traveled from project sites across the United States to meet in person in order to hold effective discussions about current business, future opportunities, the industry environment and community outreach. The members also had a chance to hold individual discussions with their mentors.

There were several presentations made over the course of the two-day event to include our current sales approach, a lunch and learn on Megaslab™ technologies, Procore™ training, State of Logistics in South Carolina, and an open discussion with the Owner’s Panel. In the interim, the members networked over meals and at social events. The IPInsteins closed-out the conference with a visit to the BMW Performance Center and Test Track.  The members will return to their respective project sites with new information that can be shared with their teams, and a refreshed outlook on operations.
