RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aaron leads our Estimating Department and is key in the development of the IPI Estimate documents that are used internally and thus submitted to our clients for cost. He is detail oriented and driven to find solutions to make our estimate accurate and competitive. He works with his team as well as all IPI projects to help develop front end project structure for capturing cost allocations through the established WBS. Aaron is a leader for his group, and he highly values the work of his estimating team and engineering in development of detail-based estimates for our clients. He works to help mentor and develop within the IPI Estimating Department. His department monitors and estimates: Front End Estimates, Change Orders, Conceptual Type/ROM’s, Engineered & IFC based estimates, as well as validations of V.E. items. Aaron works in helping to establish and develop internal IPI Historical Estimate databases, as well as maintain and update the internal estimating software.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Aaron has over twenty years of experience in the industrial, commercial electrical and instrumentation industries. With hands-on experience in E&I Construction as an Estimator, Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Electrician. As an estimator Aaron possess project field experience in all phases of electrical & instrumentation construction, and operational maintenance in automotive, chemical, institutional, power, process, and manufacturing facilities. He has a strong focus on job safety, quality, and job performance.
As a manager Aaron possesses dynamic people skills, excellent ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications and has exposure to most all types of electrical and instrumentation projects.
Aaron has estimating experience in a vast field of projects ranging from: oil & gas, automotive, power & energy, industrial & manufacturing, process automation & control, pharmaceuticals, nuclear, and pulp & paper, etc…

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
Outside and away from IPI my hobbies vary. I enjoy spending time with family and being outdoors with exercise, hiking and exploring. I enjoy food experiences and have a deep passion for golf. It keeps me in balance and adds an enjoyable focus to my favorite past time.
