RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Business Unit Director for Aerospace and Defense, Brian provides strategic leadership for IPI, ensuring exceptional service for clients and project teams. He supports project managers in executing contracts, managing finances, and optimizing staffing. He implements policies and processes that align with client goals, driving efficiency and success. Additionally, Brian fosters staff development and business growth, prioritizing client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
With over 35 years in the industry, Brian has led and supported construction, project, and program management efforts for a diverse range of clients. His experience spans global and domestic projects for industry leaders such as Procter & Gamble, Tropicana, Nestlé, Pillsbury, BMW (USA & China), Rolls-Royce, Mazda/Toyota, Qoros, K-12 schools in Greenville, SC, and aerospace clients.
