PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Dave manages preconstruction projects for both new and existing clients, managing detailed estimates and providing cost comparisons. He assists current projects with change management and cost negotiation, while also supporting project controls and project framing activities to ensure successful project execution.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Dave began his career in construction as a carpenter’s apprentice in high school and has been dedicated to the field ever since. Throughout college, he balanced hands-on experience as a laborer during the summers with internships centered on estimating. With over 20 years of professional experience, he has held diverse roles in field supervision, project management, and estimating, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in the construction industry.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:

I enjoy traveling with my wife Becca and going on adventures with my Boykin Spaniel. I enjoy many outdoor activities, fishing, hunting, archery, mountain biking, backpacking, camping, and gardening just to name a few.
