RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Client Experience Manager, Randell plays a pivotal role in Business Intelligence and Marketing by performing market research, managing prospect development and tracking, standardizing proposals and presentations, and aiding marketing efforts with a focus on our clients’ needs. Additionally, he works alongside Project Success during preconstruction efforts, reflecting his adaptability, technical knowledge, and high-level management skills. This includes supporting project framing and launch efforts and team onboarding. With a strong interest in the full project life cycle, including cost, schedule, and execution, Randell demonstrates a natural aptitude for relationship building and multitasking.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Randell has a background in client experience management, proposal development, and project execution in the industrial construction sector. Currently serving as a Client Experience Manager he specializes in preconstruction support, prospect tracking, and development of tailored proposals and presentations. He has held such previous roles at IPI as Proposal Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer in which he demonstrated leadership in proposal execution, small-to-medium CapEx projects, and onsite support for both aerospace and automotive clients. With a strong foundation in project management, Randell’s diverse experience showcases his ability to drive operational excellence and deliver results across various project phases.
