RESPONSIBILITIES:

Russ focuses on ensuring the IPI teammate experience is the same for everyone, regardless of the project they are on, who they report to or how long they have been with the company. This includes initiatives around onboarding, professional development and career planning, training and mentorship programs, leadership development and recognition, diversity & inclusion collaborations, community service programs and others. Additionally, as the organization continues to grow, he recognizes the importance of remaining personally committed to the core values of Performance, Integrity and Family & Community, as well as the people first culture that has made IPI successful.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Russ has 15+ years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries. He specializes in large-scale industrial projects and real estate investment and development. He founded Braasch Building Group and worked in various construction management and project management roles at Global Performance before the commencement of Industrial Project Innovation.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:

I like to spend time with my children, friends, and family when I am not at the office. My hobbies include listening to live music, cooking, grilling, and following the Clemson Tigers and Atlanta Braves.
