RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tom develops and implements technology strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals. He identifies, evaluates, and integrates new technologies that can enhance construction processes, efficiency, and productivity. He oversees the deployment of construction software and hardware, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Tom supports the Project Success team, ensuring that technological initiatives are in line with project goals and deliverables.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Tom has 13 years of experience ranging from Project Engineer to Project Manager. His diverse background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the construction industry and the technological needs that drive project success.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
I primarily enjoy woodworking, concerts/live music, and anything outdoors such as camping, hiking, and skiing. My woodshop is called “The Board Room,” where I spend my time crafting and creating.
