Industrial Project Innovation (IPI) is pleased to announce that it has formed a young professionals group within the organization, called the IPInsteins.
IPInsteins is comprised of motivated and talented individuals ages 35 and under. The main objectives for the new group are to facilitate camaraderie, develop new hires, serve communities, collect feedback, and collaborate with the Leadership Committee. The first off-site conference was held in Sevierville, Tennessee where the definition of roles and responsibilities were discussed. There were other important topics touched upon as well such as career fair recruitment, the development of a mentorship program, and training opportunities. The offsite provided members with the chance to meet others in their cohort and discuss solutions to issues that will improve procedures within the organization.
IPInsteins returned to their sites armed with new information and ideas to share with their teams. The young professionals group will collaborate twice a month and work on action items in the interim. Their hope is to create value for IPI while cultivating meaningful relationships with one another.
