Industrial Project Innovation is pleased to announce the promotion of Senior Director of Operations and Maintenance Mike Kujath to Vice President of Operations & Maintenance (O&M). In a corresponding move, Hugh Alexander will assume Mike’s role as the Senior Director of O&M.
Mike was welcomed to IPI in June 2021 as an integral part of the team hired to create IPI’s O&M Department. His work experience and expertise complement this effort. Mike’s leadership and network has been instrumental in building IPI’s capability to what it is now. He has collaborated with his former clients, current IPI clients, and many new clients to introduce these expanded services and win work in this important part of the project/manufacturing life cycle.

Mike comes to IPI with almost 30 years’ experience in the project management, construction management and O&M fields. Previously, he worked as the Executive Global Director for Fluor’s O&M business line. He gained experience in business services, procurement, human resources, safety, turnaround management, project controls, finance and estimating. As the Vice President of O&M at IPI, he will be responsible for leading the O&M Division including asset performance, asset reliability, operational readiness, commissioning and start-up and maintenance services.
